Delivery Timelines
Our standard delivery time within India varies depending on your location and the shipping partner’s efficiency. On average, you can expect your order to be delivered within 4 to 7 business days. However, please note that delivery times may extend during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. We strive to keep you informed of any possible delays.
Shipping Charges
Dry Fruit Uncle offers FREE shipping on orders with a total value of Rs. 1500 or more when using online payment methods. For orders below this amount, there will be a nominal flat shipping charge of Rs. 70. Please note that we do not offer free shipping for orders paid using the Cash on Delivery (COD) method. You can conveniently review the applicable shipping fee during the checkout process.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number and the details of the courier company responsible for handling your order. Typically, you can begin tracking your package 24 hours after your order has been dispatched. Please note that some delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as technical issues with logistics companies, disruptions caused by weather conditions, force majeure events (e.g., strikes, lockouts, server disruptions), and more.
International Shipping
At this time, Dry Fruit Uncle only offers shipping within India. We do not support international shipping.

Regrettably, certain pin codes may not be serviceable due to logistical constraints. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Returns and Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide guidance on how to return the product, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate. However, for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for food products that have been opened or used.
